It is not fun living life in panic mode.  Panic mode means something different to everyone.  Losing a job, having negative money in your account, a death in the family, a lost customer, missed an opportunity, no food, no insurance, no hope.  Yep, I have been there.  Life is tough; we constantly get things thrown in our face.  We are always fighting daily struggles and each day seems like bearing the gauntlet of life.  New challenges, some never ending conflicts that are just bound to us like a ball and chain.  We are always in panic mode.

We worry we stress; we try to fix things and come up with new ways to make the same problems better.  Sometimes we just don't have a solution or an answer and have to keep walking blindly through life alone and scared.  But what if we had someone to guide our way, someone that could look into the future and see that things will be better on the other side?  Someone who knows our struggles better than we do, someone that feels our pain and weeps with us?  Someone that loves us and cares about us because we are his child?

Isaiah 41:10 NASB “Do not fear, for I am with you; Do not anxiously look about you, for I am your God. I will strengthen you, surely I will help you, Surely I will uphold you with My righteous right hand.”

Deuteronomy 31:6 NASB “Be strong and courageous, do not be afraid or tremble at them, for the Lord your God is the one who goes with you. He will not fail you or forsake you.”

Struggling in panic mode.

I know you are saying, I have prayed and prayed and prayed, and God is not answering my prayers.  I am beginning to doubt if he is listening to me.  “He will not fail you or forsake you.”  We are impatient and want answers in our time, but nothing is done in our time.  It is done in God's time.  That is a hard pill to swallow.  It does not make the situation go away right now, and it does not take care of your problems.  What it does is give you hope.  We all need hope.  Without faith in the Lord we have nothing, just let downs and failure.

I can tell you that many upon many struggles have been fixed in my panic mode.  All of these struggles were not fixed in my time.  Some of the crisis in panic mode still is not fixed, and new problems come up every day.

What I can tell you from experience is the more we lay at the feet of God, the more he will take off our plate.  It took a very long time to figure this out and let me tell you I wish I would have figured this out a long time ago.  It is not an easy thing to do, it takes time, practice and patience.  The more fluent we are to pray about our problems and give them to God, the sooner he will get to work on them in our lives.  Keep working on prayer in your life and do not question how your prayers are answered.  Panic mode will get better as God works on the struggles in your life.
