When you “Just do it,” you will find peace, joy, and happiness knowing that “with God, anything is possible,” and achieve that which He chooses for you and that you will do what is right.
Little things will become big things that give you an overwhelming joy. Most often it will be the satisfaction of helping others to better their lives. It might be that you are drawn to bring others to him, and you do so successfully. You will, “Just do it,” because The Holy Spirit is working inside of you.
“Teach me to do your will, for you are my God; may your good Spirit lead me on level ground.” (Psalm 143:9-10)
Learning to live one day at a time frees us to focus on now, doing what is right for today. We begin to get done what we need today and let go of yesterday, as we are unable to change what is past. Focusing on today allows us to prepare for tomorrow. God gives us comfort by taking care of our anxieties, frustrations, depressions that keep us from doing today's work, and being successful tomorrow.
Just do it, and be who you are
He helps us to accept who and where we are so that we will become who and what we need to be in the future. That is the source of peace and happiness. You can read a million self-help books, and take medications that change the chemical make-up of your mind, but nothing compares to following the scripture and relying on God. The roller coaster becomes a smooth highway.
I'm not saying you should not take medication to treat mental illness, but what I am saying is that developing a relationship with your Lord and Savior will change your life in ways you never thought possible. You will find peace and happiness through him if you believe and follow him.
“So don't be anxious about tomorrow, God will take care of your days to come. Live one day at a time.” (Matthew 6:34, TLB)
To those of you who doubt, I say, what do you have to lose? What is the harm from walking with Christ? He has nothing but right for you. And, if you want to find it, the Holy Spirit is already inside of you waiting to be unleashed.
It is your free-will to make that choice. I welcome you to experience what is inside of me.
