Find sanity by letting God take control of burdens

sanity

Prayer is your opportunity to find sanity in your daily walk. Trusting in God allows you to focus on the next step, giving you freedom from your burdens.

Can't sleep? Seek prayer asking God to take control of what is keeping you awake. Can't focus? Give it to God and let him guide you towards making the next step. The right next step.

No matter what your burden, seeking God opens the door to sanity coming back into your world. Seek Him in good times as much as you seek Him in bad times. He has got you no matter what your circumstances.

Finding Sanity is doing the right kind of actions that give you forward moving progress. Insanity is repeatedly going down the path that you know is wrong. If you can't find Sanity, seek God's help through prayer to give you strength.

Sanity is asking for help when you are feeling overwhelmed

Do you feel you are failing? Ask for help and accept help. You never know when or who God is sending as a lifeline to help you make the right decisions for becoming successful.

If God sends someone to rescue you, let them save you. When a flood has you stuck on the roof, and a boat comes by, get in. If you send the boat away and a helicopter comes lowering a basket, get in. After all, you don't want to get to heaven's gate and ask God why he didn't rescue you!

God sends us what we need, not necessarily what we think we need

Sanity realizes that God knows what we need. He knows what we need, and he will put the resources in front of us. God will put the right people in front of us. But, we are responsible through free-will to take what he offers us and use it to please him.

We as humans often ignore what God brings into our world. Sometimes we are so clouded that we cannot see or choose not to see the blessings he is bringing us. We end up heading down the wrong path, and we walk into a tougher lesson. He works to humble us so that we will do as Jesus would do.

Sometimes our decisions cost us for many years to come, and we have to learn to accept our failure for what it is, despite having a lifeline to overcome those failures.

Sanity ends when we start doing what we want versus doing what is right

We are driven by our emotions, despite seeking logic. Our emotions often get in the way of walking with God. We choose instant gratification over lifetime gratification. Allow ourselves to be hurt by others when God is there all along to protect us and is willing to offer us a superior life.

We have to let go of our past and give it to Jesus. He died for our sins, and we must let him take them for us. Otherwise, we will continue to live in pain. Giving ourselves over to Our Lord allows us to start fresh. We can start over and look at people and the world in a new and refreshing light.
