Christianity is on the rise worldwide

There is a report that is surfacing stating that Christianity is on the rise worldwide. That is surprising many people, but when you think about Matthew 13, it seems reasonable. Christianity is after all, based on fertile soil, not shallow soil over underlying rock.

We can deny God all we want, but in the end, when we need him most, he will be there for us. If we honestly accept Jesus Christ died for our sins, we've got a pretty good chance no matter what we've done. How's that for being inclusive?

What's more, is that Christian's are people who struggle with their faith more than non-believers. We even judge others, including other Christians even though we know this is wrong, a sin.

And, what about those who judge God when something bad happens in their life. That happened when my Grandmother died, and my family quit being active in Church. Up until that point, I felt like I was the luckiest person alive, and then everything changed.

What would my life be like had I kept going to Church throughout school? Who knows, but I'm thankful for those 9 years. Because of those years, my roots are deep, and I've always been a believer. Now, I am a follower.

Christianity is on the rise with a strong foundation.

Still, other seeds fell on fertile soil, and they produced a crop that was thirty, sixty, and even a hundred times as much as had been planted! – Matthew 13:8

Yes, my strength in believing is now being reinforced into my commitment as a follower to learn the Word of God. How blessed I feel today.

And, all that turmoil of ups and downs throughout my life gives me an opportunity to reach others who are struggling in ways not possible had I lived a perfect life. For that, I am thankful for what God has blessed me with having in my life.

Now, how could anyone be surprised that Christianity is on the rise around the world?
