Life’s Constant Crisis and How we Deal with it as Christians

Dealing with constant crisis makes life miserable. Fighting the same struggles day after day is an overwhelming task.  We lose hope and want to give up.  But somehow we keep on fighting through, hoping there is a better life on the other side.  We feel chained to our struggles.  No matter what we do, they are stuck with us.  Every time we try to break loose, they are still there.

How do we break free from our constant Crisis?

One of the main reasons why we live in constant crisis is because we dwell on our problems. Instead of moving away from our problems, we drag them with us where ever we go. They impact other aspects of our life. They give us a negative attitude which in turn creates, even more, problems. Staying positive through our struggles is a huge challenge. It takes perseverance and a strong will. There is only one way to get out of constant crisis, and that is through God.

Matthew 19:26 “Jesus looked at them and said, “With man this is impossible, but with God all things are possible.”

Jesus made a very powerful statement.  No matter how hard we try to separate ourselves from the constant crisis that chains us, we will never overcome it by ourselves.  With God all things are possible shows us that there is not one problem that God cannot handle.  In fact, Jesus even raised people from the dead.  Impossible right?  Not at all.  Jesus raised his friend Lazarus from the dead.  If Jesus can bring the dead to life, then what couldn't he do?

Breaking out of constant crisis

Struggling down the road of emptiness and loneliness is a horrible path.  When you feel alone, and no one is there to help you out.  There is only one place to find your peace and that is through Jesus.  I have personally seen many people in my life struggle.  The farther they walked away from Jesus, the harder their problems became.  When others searched for Jesus and pursued his greatness, the struggles became bearable.

It is ultimately up to us to make a change in our life.  God does not force himself upon us.  We have free will and are made to search him out.  When you are in constant crisis, step back and evaluate your life.  Pray and dig yourself in the word.  I guarantee you that you will find comfort like never before when you start building a relationship with Jesus.
